1. Services Provided

POKITBOSS LLC offers Clarity Listening™ coaching services, corporate wellness programs, and related consulting services. We are based in Atlanta, Georgia and serve clients virtually and in-person anywhere in the world. Our services are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit information through this website.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.

No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, branding, POKITBOSS LLC methodology, and logos, is the exclusive property of POKITBOSS LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." POKITBOSS LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching sessions. Results vary by individual.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POKITBOSS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Booked & Banked Method™ · POKITBOSS LLC related to your appointments and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
